Tortilla PINWHEELS (Appetizer)
15-20 Flour tortillas
1 box (8 oz) Cream Cheese
2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese

Spread softened cream cheese on tortilla.
Sprinkle cheese on top of cream cheese.
Roll tortilla as tight as possible.
Refrigerate all rolled tortillas for 1-2 hours.
Slice tortillas in 1 inch pinwheels.
Optional: add chopped black olives, tomatoes, jalapenos on top of cream cheese.
Too many ingredients and the tortilla will not roll as tight.

I'm addicted to Alamo salsa and could never go back to store bought!  We like spicy, which is very spicy.  I have it on my whites in the morning, eat it with pretzels for a snack, and of course with chips.  It is the best salsa, by far, we have ever had.  Joe T's and Mercado used to be our favorite.  This is our new FAV now.
